Revers DNS entries are not updating, Windows 2012 R2

What:

Windows 2012 R2 Domain Controller with DHCP, DNS

Problem:

DNS PTR records are not updating when DHCP is installed on the domain controller.

Solution:

1. Create a new user in Active Directory

First name: dhcp
Last name: dns update service
dns_updater

Set password to something long and complex.
Select:

User cannot change password
Password never expires

2. Add user to DnsUpdateProxy group
3. Open up DHCP mmc
4. Right click IPv4 and select Properties > Advanced tab > Credentials...
5. Use dns_updater user which you just created

This should also work for previous versions of Windows.
